Relativity Waltz is a board game that teaches about the basic concepts of the Theory of Relativity. The game mechanic uses cards representing segments of the electromagnetic spectrum to represent the Doppler shift that happens as players move around the board. Players draw a set number of cards each turn, and can move a number of spaces according to how many cards they have that fall in order upon the spectrum. As players move relative to each other, and to their starting & ending points, the pacing appears to speed up or slow down. The game includes 158 spectrum cards, each with educational information on the back, game board with the EM spectrum guide, and 3D printed playing pieces.
